    Yes. If a patient has a HealthSync profile, doctors can securely access and update approved patient records directly through DocSync, helping improve continuity of care.

  • Is patient data secure on DocSync?

    Yes. DocSync is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure with enterprise-grade security, encrypted data storage, access controls, and audit logging to help protect sensitive medical information.

  • Will the DocSync team help set up my clinic?

    Absolutely. Our team will guide you through onboarding, clinic setup, and staff training to ensure a smooth transition into digital clinic management.
